Formula Grants |
- Winona County resident AND/OR
- Worked in Winona County AND
- Lost job through no fault of their own BECAUSE of plant
closure, downsizing, shift elimination , etc.

| Dislocated Worker Projects - Plant Specific |
- Winona County resident AND/OR
- Worked in Winona County AND
- Lost job through no fault of their own BECAUSE of plant
closure, downsizing, shift elimination , etc.
- Must have worked for the specific Company that closed or had a large
layoff.

| MFIP - Minnesota Family Investment Program |
- Must be eligible to receive an MFIP grant as determined by Winona
County Department of Human Services.
- Referral made to Employment & Training Services at WorkForce Center
by Human Services.

| FSET - Food Stamp
Employment and Training Program. |
- Between the ages of 18 and 50
- Not attending secondary or post-secondary
program as a full-time student
- Referred by Human Services.
- Not employed 20+ hours per week.
