Criminal Records

Your juvenile record is considered private information.  It is not erased once you turn 18.  You can access your own private information and any person you sign over a notarized informed consent form to.

Be honest - have feeling behind what you say
Don't give details
Formula for discussing your background
Take responsibility for your actions.  I statements.
Talk about the positive things you've done since the offense.
State what you have learned or realized about yourself or as a result of what you've done.
Talk about your future goals or how you "can't change the past"
