• Resource library with books, videos, directories, tapes, periodicals, and self-help tutorials for learning keyboarding and other widely-used computer applications

• Resource room, computer training room, resource materials

• Access to labor market information, which is crucial for job seekers making choices on training and employment

• Access to modems, faxes and telephones for employer contact

• Strong informational linkages with post-secondary educational institutions

• Financial aid and other training information

• Specialty services for visually and /or hearing impaired

• Special employment services/information for military veterans
