Mission Statement: To provide employment services and training options that connect employers and job seekers through community partnerships and technology.
Businesses can find trained, well-qualified candidates for any level of job through MinnesotaWorks, Business of the Day, Job Fairs, and other Business Services.
Job Seekers will find career assessment, training, and placement services leading to employment opportunities at all levels.

The Workforce Investment Board serves as a policy making board and helps connect the Workforce Center with businesses, educational institutions, and community agencies.
