    Job SeekersYou can explore education and training programs available nationwide through this computer-based, annually updated encyclopedia located in the Resource Center. Information includes size of campus, admission requirements, financial aid, student body demographics, and areas of specialization. Determine what occupational field you are best suited for using "Occupation Search" preference testing.

Choices CT

    This computer program, located on the computers in the Resource Center, can help you make career transitions. It contains an interest check list, transferable skills check list and information on more than 780 careers. Individual aptitude tests can also be scheduled. You’ll be able to focus your career decision-making using such criteria as test results, education needed, physical abilities, and income. You can also use Internet links to job openings in specific career fields.

Education and Training Programs

    Information on options for long- and short-term education and training, detailing the locations, methods of instruction, schedules, application process, and requirements. Qualitative information concerning the employment status of specific course or major graduates, wages, and completion rates.
