WorkForce Center Resource Areas - Assistive Technology: Closed Caption Decoder-Enabled TV/VCR
Description
This combination TV/VCR will ensure that customers of each WorkForce Center Resource area can view closed caption material. Any new combination TV/VCR will contain a decoder which will allow the viewing of closed caption video tapes and/or television programs.
Target Audience
Deaf and hard of hearing persons, and persons who will be helped by having the capacity to read captions, i.e., those with a language barrier.
