It is a place where several agencies have joined together to provide accessible services to meet the employment and training needs of every member of the community.

Everyone is able to use the services of the Minnesota Workforce Center, which is available on a walk-in basis during business hours. Some services require an appointment.

The WorkForce Center - Monticello is made up of:

Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) - Job Service, Rehabilitation Services (RS), and State Services for the Blind (SSB), the Central Minnesota Jobs and Training (CMJTS), and Adult Basic Education (ABE).
