Check out the Monthly Calendar of Workshops & Employer RecruitingCreative Job Search (CJS) is generally recommended prior to Networking and Interviewing and Resume Strategies workshops if: it has been a while since you have looked for work as it is the foundation for these courses. The other classes go in more detail but utilize the same CJS manual. However, if: 1.you have a resume you can bring to the Resume workshop or a list of your skills and accomplishments, then you don't need to take CJS. To identify your skills, you may take CJS offered at most WorkForce Centers or the Skills Identification class at South Minneapolis WorkForce Center http://www.mnwfc.org/scripts/workshop_groups.plx?wfc_group=1 2. you have had a "recent" job interview - and have been doing some networking at least with family and friends, you can come to the Interviewing/Networking class W/O attending CJS first. If you are "new" to networking or interviewing, then you need to attend CJS first.
