THE REHABILITATION PLAN
The Individualized Written Rehabilitation Program (IWRP) is developed for all persons found eligible for services.
- Based on a finding that the person is employable, the IWRP is designed to achieve each persons vocational goal.
- The IWRP results from a thorough assessment of the persons individual rehabilitation needs and is reviewed each year.
- Changes can be made if needed.
