LIMITATIONS
The person must have a severe disability that results in a serious functional limitation in terms of employment in the areas listed below. The limitation must be the result of a physical or mental impairment, not due to geographic location, poor transportation, lack of training, etc.
The areas are:

- Self-Direction
- Self-Care
- Interpersonal Skills
- Communication
- Work
- Tolerance
- Work Skills
