Definition of DISABILITY
A disability is a physical or mental impairment which results in a substantial impediment to employment.
To be eligible for services from Vocational Rehabilitation, a person must have a disability and require Vocational Rehabilitation services to either prepare for, enter, engage in, or retain gainful employment.
