• Resource library with books, videos, directories, tapes, periodicals, and self-help tutorials for learning keyboarding and other widely-used computer applications.

• Resource Area, Computer Training Room, Resource Materials.

• Access to labor market information, which is crucial for job seekers making choices on training and employment.

• Access to modems, faxes and telephones for employer contact.

• Strong informational linkages with post-secondary educational institutions.

• Financial aid and other training information.

• Specialty services for visually and /or hearing impaired.

• Special employment services/information for military veterans.
