Assessment and service plan with incentives for goals attained. One-on-one counseling with 12 months of follow-up services. |

Job skill acquisition and the importance of teamwork. Participants learn how math, reading and computing skills improve their job performance. |

Log onto The Zone or call the Workforce Center Resource Room in Dakota County at 651-554-5667, in Scott County call Beth Olson at 952-496-8686. There are lots of resources out there that can help. It might take some work to find the right ones, but it will be worth it.
