As a successful adult and community leader, there is so much you can do to make a difference to young people. What might seem like a very small effort on your part can have far-reaching effects that you would never imagine. That’s why the Dakota-Scott Youth Council asks you to step up for kids in your community. Here are just a few ways that you can build a future for some young person.

- Attend a Youth Council meeting
- Hire a youth
- Mentor a youth toward success
- Mentor a fellow employer on strategies for success youth young employees
- Invest in the future- support youth programs in your community
