A  Job Service Employer Committee (JSEC) is a group of  local employers who establish and maintain a working relationship between the Job Service component of a Minnesota WorkForce Center and the employer community.

The Co-chairs of the Brainerd JSEC have met and discussed possible subjects for presentation and training to the JSEC members and area employers.

Future topics for discussion will be: Orientation process, ADA/Diversity (case law), Performance Appraisal processes and Position Descriptions.
