Workforce Council, our mission is to:

Meet the Workforce Center Partners:
Whether
you
are seeking an entry level job or a skilled professional, you can
benefit from
the array of services offered at the WorkForce Center. Your visit to the WorkForce Center will be highlighted with
quality
service from informed staff, personal computers with Internet access,
fax
machines, telephones, and an array of printed resources all geared to
help you
with your job or career search. You will also have access to workshops
covering a range of topic areas, such as effective interviewing, resume
development, entry level computer classes and more! The WorkForce Center also offers a variety of
specialized
services and services for eligible customers.
Businesses
are important to the WorkForce Center
and a variety of business
services are provided through the Center. Most services are
provided free
and designed to benefit business owners, managers, personnel managers
and
operational level staff. Popular services include advertising job
openings to
thousands of jobseekers for no fee, recruiting opportunities as
Business of the
Day, business seminars, recruitment workshops, and on-site facilities
to
interview job applicants.
